On Jan. 30, Student Body President Matthew Perry and Student Body Vice President Maree Horne reported that President Bob Helmer and the VP for Student Affairs, Timeka Rashid, received recommendations regarding the deficit. There are future communications to come. They also reported that students receiving financial aid and student aid in any majors or minors will graduate through.
The Student Government Supreme Court proposed a resolution of opinion to give a grace period regarding the Student Government 2024-2025 funding deadline. This would be for clubs or organizations that are in their final stages of approval at the discretion of the Court.
The E-Sports Club was approved by the Student Senate. This club’s representative presented via pre-recorded video and said that their club provides a competitive and non-competitive healthy gaming environment that strives to create a community by unifying gamers with various levels of experience while teaching healthy gaming habits.
