Women’s XC places third at All-Ohio Championship
The Baldwin Wallace University women’s cross country team placed third out of 17 Division III teams at the All-Ohio Championships at Silver Creek Metro Park Cross Country Trails in Norton, Ohio on Sept. 29.
The team’s season is drawing closer and closer to the end. Workouts have been more intense in anticipation of these crucial end of the season moments.
The team will be back in action on Oct. 13 at the Inter-Regional Rumble, hosted by Oberlin College.
“It is a fast course with some great competition,” said junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference performer Kelly Brennan. “Our goal is to win in order to put us in a better spot for a bid to Nationals”.
Brennan also told me that these intense workouts have helped bring the team closer together.
