Women’s tennis, 4th in OAC, set to cap off season
The Baldwin Wallace University women’s tennis has complied an overall record of 4-11, but has a put together a conference mark of 4-2, good for fourth place in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
The Yellow Jackets have complied three straight wins against Muskingum University, Marietta College and Heidelberg University. They defeated the Muskies and the Pioneers by a score of 8-1 and the Student Princes 6-3.
The three remaining matches include a home conference matchup with the University of Mount Union on Wednesday, April 24.
Just a day later, the team will be on the road in a non-conference contest against Franciscan University.
On Saturday, April 27, the team will host a Seniors’ Day match against Otterbein University before capping off their season on Tuesday, April 30 in the OAC quarterfinals.
The tournament’s semifinal will be held on May 3 and the finals will be the next day at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.
