Baldwin Wallace University Relations

Circle K International is an international collegiate organization, part of the overall Kiwanis organization.

It works to promote the tenets of service, leadership, and fellowship among college students.

Vice President Olivia Pollack said, “We do a variety of community service projects, both on and off campus, so I always say there’s something for everyone in our club.”

Circle K recently received The Daniel J. Romanello Achievement Award, which is presented to the best Circle K club in the state, as well as receiving a significant number of personal awards.

Circle K helps to promote service and normalize it as a part of life at Baldwin Wallace.

Pollack said, “…the broad variety of service activities we sponsor reflects the broad variety of people at BW, but also allows for people to work together and find commonalities, regardless of their differing interests. Finally, I think Circle K overall promotes the mission statement of BW, which is to create contributing and compassionate citizens, so our organization’s values are closely tied to the values of this University.”

For the mini-B semester, Circle K prepares for a series of service events including a Bowling Social, Kiwanis Easter egg hunt, a Chili Challenge, blood drives, and working with the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland. There will be a plethora of activities in the second half of the semester.

Circle K is always open to new members and meets Wednesdays at 5pm in the Quarry Room.
